ISeeYouSeeMe Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

ISeeYouSeeMe (ICUCMe) is a personal device security application developed by Younique Apps LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how ISeeYouSeeMe collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

2. Information We Collect

ISeeYouSeeMe may collect the following types of information:

• Front-facing camera photos captured on unlock attempts
• GPS coordinates at the time of each capture
• App activity logs (app name, open/close timestamps, duration)
• Screenshots of screen activity (paid feature)

3. How We Use Your Information

All data collected by ISeeYouSeeMe is used solely to help you monitor unauthorized access to your device. No data is transmitted to Younique Apps LLC servers without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage

• All captured photos, GPS data, and logs are stored locally on your device only.
• Vault access is gated by your secret unlock combination (entered through the TIP CALC disguise) and your Vault passcode.
• Cloud Backup is available as an opt-in paid feature that writes an encrypted backup file to a folder you choose in your own Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive — Younique Apps LLC never receives, stores, or processes your backup data.
• No data is transmitted to any external party without your explicit authorization.

5. Camera Permission

ISeeYouSeeMe requests camera permission to capture front-facing photos on unlock attempts. Camera permission is requested the first time you enable either camera capture toggle in Camera Capture Settings.

ISeeYouSeeMe uses the front-facing camera only. The rear-facing camera is never used under any circumstances. This decision is permanent and protects the privacy of bystanders who may be in the area when a capture is triggered.

6. Location Permission

ISeeYouSeeMe requests location permission to record GPS coordinates at the time of each capture. Location data is stored locally only and never transmitted without your consent.

Location may be queried while ISeeYouSeeMe is not in the foreground because phone unlock events occur regardless of which app the user has open. To support this, ISeeYouSeeMe declares the Android ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION permissions. Granting "Allow all the time" location permission is recommended so that location can be attached to captures triggered while another app is in use. ISeeYouSeeMe queries location only at the moment of an unlock event, never continuously.

7. Accessibility Service Permission

ISeeYouSeeMe requires Accessibility Service permission to detect phone unlock and failed unlock attempts. This permission is used exclusively to trigger photo captures at the correct moment. ISeeYouSeeMe does not read screen content or monitor app usage through this permission.

8. Device Administrator Permission

ISeeYouSeeMe may request Device Administrator permission to help prevent unauthorized removal of the application. You may revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings.

9. Usage Access Permission

The Apps Activity Log feature requires Usage Access permission to track which applications are opened and for how long. This permission is only requested when you enable the Apps Activity Log feature. ISeeYouSeeMe only tracks applications you explicitly select in the Manage Monitored Apps settings.

10. Screen Capture Permission (MediaProjection)

The Screenshot Captures and Screen Video Captures features require screen capture permission (MediaProjection) to capture the device screen. This permission is requested when you enable either feature. The system will display a dialog asking you to confirm screen sharing. ISeeYouSeeMe requires you to select "Share entire screen" for this feature to function. Screen capture data is stored locally only and never transmitted without your consent.

11. Data Retention

• Free tier: 10 most recent non-archived captures retained, oldest auto-deleted.
• Archived captures: retained indefinitely until manually deleted.
• Apps Activity Log entries: retention period set by user (7 days to forever).
• Screenshots: retention period set by user (24 hours to 2 weeks).

12. Children's Privacy

ISeeYouSeeMe is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age. Users aged 14–17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with COPPA guidelines.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and your use of ISeeYouSeeMe are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Alaska.

14. Changes to This Policy

Younique Apps LLC reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of material changes through the application.
