You must be the legal owner or authorized user of the device on which ISeeYouSeeMe is installed. You may only use ISeeYouSeeMe to monitor your own device. Covert surveillance of another person's device is strictly prohibited and may violate federal, state, and local laws. Younique Apps LLC assumes no liability for any misuse of this application.
By using ISeeYouSeeMe, you explicitly authorize the application to use the front-facing camera to capture photos whenever your phone is unlocked. You also authorize the application to log GPS coordinates at the time of each capture. All captured media and location data is stored only in the Vault on your device and is never transmitted to our servers without your consent.
ISeeYouSeeMe is a personal security and photo Vault application designed to silently capture a front-facing photo and GPS location every time your phone is unlocked. This helps you detect unauthorized access to your device. You are solely responsible for all content stored within the application and for your compliance with all applicable laws.
The free version includes core Vault features. Paid features require an active paid subscription or one-time purchase.
You may choose a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly introductory pricing is $1.99/month for the first 3 months, then $3.99/month thereafter. Lifetime introductory pricing is $19.99 if purchased within 30 days of your original install date; after that, the lifetime price is $34.99. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. All pricing is in USD and subject to change with notice.
ISeeYouSeeMe may request Device Administrator permission to help prevent unauthorized removal of the application. You may revoke this permission at any time in your phone Settings.
ISeeYouSeeMe does not transmit your photos, GPS data, or personal information to any external server without your explicit consent.
You must be at least 14 years of age to use this application. Users aged 14–17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent in accordance with COPPA guidelines.
ISeeYouSeeMe is licensed software, not sold. By purchasing a subscription or lifetime license, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the application under these terms. Monthly subscribers retain access only while their subscription is active — access ends immediately upon cancellation or non-payment. Lifetime license holders receive access to all future updates and versions of ISeeYouSeeMe at no additional cost, for as long as the application is maintained by Younique Apps LLC.
Younique Apps LLC is not responsible for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or damages resulting from use of the application.
These Terms & Conditions and your use of the application are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Alaska.
