ISeeYouSeeMe (ICUCMe) is a personal device security application that silently captures a front-facing camera photo and the GPS location of your device every time your phone is unlocked or someone attempts to unlock it. The application disguises itself on your home screen as a working tip calculator named TIP CALC. To anyone other than you, the device appears to have only a calculator installed — there is no ISeeYouSeeMe icon, no notification, no clue that the application is even on the phone.
You alone know how to unlock the secure Vault behind the disguise. ISeeYouSeeMe is designed for people who want to know with certainty who is using their device, when, and where — without alerting the user that monitoring is taking place.
Beyond seeing who accessed your phone and where they were when it happened, ISeeYouSeeMe's premium features let you see what they did once they got in. Screenshot Captures records the actual screen content at intervals after an unauthorized unlock, giving you a visual record of which messages were opened, which photos were scrolled, and which applications were used. Screen Video Recording (coming in a future update) will extend this to motion for situations where on-screen activity changes too fast for periodic screenshots to reliably catch. The Apps Activity Log records which applications were opened on your phone, when, and for how long — building a complete picture of activity that the person using your phone may have tried to conceal by quickly closing each application after use.
The application appears on your home screen, in your launcher, and in your Settings > Apps list as a working tip calculator named TIP CALC. The calculator computes real tip amounts for real dollar values, just like any other tip calculator. There is no ISeeYouSeeMe icon, no ISeeYouSeeMe application entry, no badge, and no indicator that the disguise hides anything.
Every time someone unlocks your phone — or tries to unlock it and fails — the front-facing camera silently captures a photo, and the GPS coordinates of the device are logged alongside the photo. Both pieces of evidence are stored locally inside your Vault. The capture is completely silent: no shutter sound, no preview, no notification, no visible indicator. Even an unsuccessful unlock attempt produces a capture, so you see every face that has tried the phone.
The TIP CALC disguise is unlocked by typing a specific dollar amount on the keypad and selecting a specific tip percentage on the slider — a two-part combination that only you know. When that exact combination is recognized, the application opens to its Free-App Dashboard: the main hub from which you reach your Vault, your Settings, and the About screen. Until the exact combination is entered, the application behaves as a real tip calculator: it computes real tip amounts and gives no hint that there is anything behind the disguise.
A second, independent layer of protection that gates access to your Vault content: your captures, your screenshots, your activity logs, your Cloud Backup, and every other Vault-internal feature. From the Free-App Dashboard you tap the ICUCMe Vault tile, and the application then prompts you for your Vault Passcode — a numeric code entered on a number pad, with no dollar amounts and no tip percentage. Two separate gates (the TIP CALC combination to enter the application, then the Vault Passcode to enter the Vault) mean that even if someone somehow learns one of the two, the other still protects what matters most.
Configure how the application behaves — auto-lock timeout (how long the Vault stays open without activity), retention rules for captures, and other preferences. Auto-lock means that if you walk away from your phone after entering the Vault, the Vault closes automatically and the disguise re-engages.
Track which applications are opened on your device, when, and for how long. Each foreground session of a monitored application creates its own entry in the log, with the open time, the close time, and the total duration. You choose which applications to monitor in the Manage Monitored Apps settings — ISeeYouSeeMe only logs the applications you explicitly select.
After an unauthorized unlock attempt is detected, ISeeYouSeeMe can automatically take a periodic screenshot of whatever is on the screen. Screenshots are stored locally in your Vault — never transmitted off the device without your explicit consent. You configure the interval and the retention period.
Securely back up your entire Vault — captures, screenshots, activity logs, settings — to your own personal Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive account. The backup file is encrypted on your device before it leaves the phone, using PBKDF2 password derivation with 600,000 iterations followed by AES-256-GCM encryption. Younique Apps LLC operates no server and never sees the contents of your backup. Your cloud provider holds an encrypted blob they cannot decrypt without your Vault Passcode.
A special unlock combination that silently erases all captured Vault data while displaying a normal tip calculation result as cover. To anyone watching, it looks like you simply used the calculator. Behind the scenes, the entire Vault is wiped — captures, screenshots, activity logs, decoy data — with no notification or visible indicator. Your unlock combination and Vault Passcode are preserved so you can re-enter the now-empty Vault normally and the application keeps functioning as designed.
An entirely separate Vault — with its own unlock combination, its own passcode, and its own captures — that you can show to anyone who demands you unlock the application. The Decoy Vault is a complete, plausible-looking ISeeYouSeeMe experience containing only the data you want them to see. Your real Vault is untouched and invisible.
Permanently protect selected captures from automatic deletion. The free tier retains only the ten most recent non-archived captures (older captures auto-delete to manage storage). Archived captures are retained indefinitely — until you manually delete them — regardless of how many newer captures arrive.
Share any capture, screenshot, or activity log entry through your phone's existing share options — email, text message, secure messaging applications. ISeeYouSeeMe does not operate its own email service. Sending happens through your phone's normal share dialog using the application you choose. This means alerts go out from your own email address through your own provider, not from a third party.
Short video clips of screen activity, stored locally in your Vault. Unlike Screenshot Captures (which take still images), Screen Video Recording will capture motion — useful when the screen content changes faster than periodic screenshots can reliably catch. Targeted for a future ISeeYouSeeMe update.
Remotely erase your Vault contents if your device is lost or stolen, triggered through a secure mechanism that does not require Younique Apps LLC to hold any of your data. Targeted for a future ISeeYouSeeMe update.
